I keep getting logged off every time I try to begin the course or take the quiz.
You simply have
a "cookie" stored on your computer that's bringing you to previously stored page. All you have to do is to
delete your cookies, open a new browser and login again.
If you have another computer at home or at work, just login from a second computer and you won't have
this problem. If not, try this:
If you're using Windows Explorer, click:
Internet Options (at the bottom)
Under Browsing History, click Delete
Click Delete again (leave the check marks where they are)
Open a new browser and go to our website www.icpri.com
and login again.
I can't login to my account, what do I do?
Send an email to email@example.com
and include your email address.
We'll reset your login and email you the results quickly!

You didn't receive your wallet card?
They are mailed, by 1st class mail from the United States Post Office, the day after you complete the course. That could take anywhere from 3-5 days, you know the post office! If it's been longer than a week, chances are something is wrong. Send us an email and we'll investigate: email@example.com
