If you have previously been certified in CPR and your certification is expiring, this is the course for you. You can renew your certification is less than one hour with our easy to follow course, followed by our video demonstration of all techniques previously learned. The course will take approximately one hour to complete and the course material will remain open for the FULL TWO YEARS OF YOUR CERTIFICATION so that you can come back anytime to review and get updates (updates are done frequently!). We cover the basics of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, the Heimlich Maneuver and use of the AED. . This course follows the American Heart Association’s ECC 2005 guidelines (the latest) and includes the AHA’s March 2008 “Advisory Statement” , Hands-Only CPR - a call to action for bystander response to adults who experience out of hospital sudden cardiac arrest.
