Refund Policy

The International CPR Institute, Inc. is nationally accredited and our certification cards have been accepted worldwide. If, for any reason, your certification card is rejected, we will refund the entire price of the course. We do not refund shipping charges.

If, for any reason, you are having problems with the course itself, please contact us and we will be happy to walk you through the login and course information. Please do not request a refund for a technical problem because we will be happy to offer whatever support you require. A refund for technical support issues will only be granted if your problem is unique and we are unable to solve it. To obtain a refund, you must contact our refund dept. at [email protected] within 30 days from the date you purchase the course.

In your email, you will be required to submit the following information:

  2. Mailing Address
  3. Email Address
  4. Your Order Number
  5. Name on the credit card that you used for payment
  6. Name of the Rejecting Person/Agency
  7. Phone for Rejecting Person/Agency
  8. Email for Rejecting Person/Agency
  9. Reason For Refusal
  10. When your wallet card is received, a full refund will be issued immediately!
